Description of Goods & Accuracy of Information

Whilst we do our best to use the highest quality of images, all images, descriptions and sizes are for the sole purpose of giving you the customer an approximate description of the product, and as such are not subject to guarantee of the physical product. Different mobile devices, PC’s and Laptops may slightly distort the colours displayed due to the screen resolutions used. All sizes and specifications have been provided to us by our suppliers. Firbeck Trophies extensively verifies this on a wide range of products and believe this to be as accurate as possible. However, Firbeck Trophies cannot guarantee the reliability or accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All actions taken by the user of our website are the responsibility of the user.

Payments and Pricing

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro as well as PayPal. It is important to ensure that you provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number, as you have on file with your bank. Failure to do this will cause a delay in processing your order and may lead to your order being cancelled. Your order will only be processed once your card has been authorised and payment to us has been verified. The price you will pay will be displayed at the time of checkout; delivery prices will be added at checkout depending on the type of delivery you chose. Should you choose to collect from store, no delivery charges will be applied. Should there be an error in the prices due to suppliers’ incorrect price, or an imposition of extra taxes or duties, we reserve the right to increase the price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. In the case that your credit or debit card has been charged, we will issue a full refund should you wish to cancel the order.

Availability of Goods

All of our products are sold subject to availability. Items will normally be despatched within 7-10 days of receipt of the order except where there is a difficulty in obtaining the stock required for your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order in full, we will give you the opportunity to cancel your order in full, cancel the part we can’t supply or continue with the order with a delayed delivery date. We will communicate your options to you. We will not be responsible for compensating you if we are unable to supply the goods or if we are unable to supply the goods in the expected timeframe.

Delivery Details

All of the products on our website are exclusive of delivery. Delivery will be added at the time of checkout depending on the type of delivery chosen. The delivery prices are to mainland UK only. Prices may increase to highlands and remote areas of the UK. Should this be the case we will contact you in advance to discuss the options. We try our best to despatch within 7-10 days of the date of your order. However, in some circumstances this is not possible. If we feel we cannot meet these timelines, we will contact you to advise and discuss your options.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. This is due to the fact that it may be engraved therefore unfit for future resale. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will do our best to help and assist you. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Any request for returns although not guaranteed must be made within 7 days.
